RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In case of product is damaged/defective/incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery please contact us. It will be replaced or refunded by ARA Technologies Ltd. under the following conditions:
- The product and box must be in perfect condition.
- The item must be undamaged, unaltered, unwashed, and without any modifications or defects.
- The product must come with all the necessary paperwork, including receipts, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
- The product must be returned back in the manufacturer’s original, unused packaging.
- You must register a complaint within 48 hours after receiving the delivery by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org .
- You must return the product to your nearest branch by yourself within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the delivery date
