RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

In case of product is damaged/defective/incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery please contact us. It will be replaced or refunded by ARA Technologies Ltd. under the following conditions:

 

  1. The product and box must be in perfect condition.

 

  1. The item must be undamaged, unaltered, unwashed, and without any modifications or defects.

 

  1. The product must come with all the necessary paperwork, including receipts, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.

 

  1. The product must be returned back in the manufacturer’s original, unused packaging.

 

  1. You must register a complaint within 48 hours after receiving the delivery by emailing at customersupport@aratechbd.com .

 

  1. You must return the product to your nearest branch by yourself within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the delivery date
